All the staff was very nice and exceptional, fixed my issues. The location was excellent - adjacent to beautiful tourist destinations and the beach and playa del english bars and shops. Besides, Yumbo Centrum was 1 km away from the venue.

Excellent stay, as always. Incredibly nice staff and nice hot breakfast with a good choice of options. Modern rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. Location close enough to the beach restaurants and local shops, bars also at a walking distance and the Maspalomas Dunes and the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. A good choice of food options not too far from the venue. Quick check in and very efficient service overall. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Liked my guest room with the advertised english channel bbc 1 on TV, 2 balconies, as example. The staff were efficient, directed me to the tourist sites in Playa del Ingles. The location was great and fab for me. A shopping mall and supermarkets were right next door.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and enjoyed it. The property was special. The location was central, close to Gran Canaria and local pubs and restaurants across the road. It also was easy to get to from airport-buses. The pool was heated and I had branded drinks in the main bar.

The venue is fairly clean and fairly large, views are lovely, the location is stunning just off the beach. The single room is airy and cool. A main bar fits in the hotels' quiet atmosphere. The services are good, including an amazing pool. It also has very good internet and free parking. Thank you for a such great stay.
